Bonnie Guitar

Day 2

Years ago I went to see Bonnie “Guitar” Breckenridge in concert in Auburn, Washington.  She was a local (Seattle) girl who had made it big in the music industry during the 50’s and it was great to see her still out performing beautifully in the 70’s.  Of course, while thinking nothing but guitars, her name came to me – ok, along with Matt “Guitar” Murphy and Guitar Slim.  But I sat and listened to her sing “Dark Moon” and I know I can visit the display devoted to her in Seattle in the Northwest Passage exhibit in The Experience Music Project.  Amazing woman, really.  In 1989 she was named to the Northwest Area Music Association Hall of Fame.  You go girl 🙂

  1. An interesting discussion is definitely worth comment.
I do believe that you should write more on this topic,
it may not be a taboo matter but usually folks don’t discuss such topics. To the next! Many thanks!!
